“ This place is the best ramen spot on the Gold Coast! I’ve been coming here for a year and every time the food absolutely slaps. The portions are massive, my boyfriend and I can’t even finish one bowl of ramen. The pork melts in your mouth and the broth is so rich! For the quality of the food the pricing is very low. The staff are the most beautiful peolpe and are always so lovely too. You won’t regret trying this place! I love it so much I want to gatekeep it, but the lovely staff deserve the praise ”

“ This is the only Jiro-style ramen spot I found on the Gold Coast, and it was a total gem! The veggie portion was massive and super satisfying, and those thick noodles hit the spot—super chewy and addictive. My only tiny wish is that the chashu could have a bit more intense grilled flavor. The triple combo set was fantastic, perfect for someone with a smaller appetite who still wants to try multiple meals at once. I'll definitely pop up next time to try more options! ”

“ We went on a Monday around lunchtime, close to their closing time, and they were still very welcoming and friendly, helping us choose our dishes with patience. The music was pleasant and not too loud, and parking was easy to find. I ordered the Soy Tonkotsu Ramen and my husband had the Yokohama Eak Ramen — both were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the pork was tender, melt-in-your-mouth soft, and not fatty at all. I’m definitely coming back to try more options. Highly recommend it! ”

“ The food here is fantastic. They have a "try 3 different things" plate that is only $20. We tried the spicy ramen, regular creamy one, karage chicken, raw salmon sashimi, and raw fish eggs on rice. Everything was fresh and delicious. My only criticism was the portions are pretty small, so if your a bloke you have to order an additional dish. The beer on-tap is really nice too That being said, the size of the other ramens bowls for full-size and full pay looked gigantic, so I would opt for one of them if youre hungry. Overall I really enjoyed and loved the food though. Plus the staff are really friendly. ”

“ We went to JFX Noodle to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was fantastic. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was excellent and the food came out surprisingly fast. My kids’ favourite was the karaage chicken — it was so unique compared to others we’ve tried. We also ordered the Japanese BBQ platter, and the wagyu beef was honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. What an experience! The tap beer was also super refreshing. “ I have been searching far and wide to find the best ramen in Gold Coast & Brisbane - This is it. The flavours, consistency and texture of all the broths they produce are unmatched, you can tell the chef loves his craft. Since my first time coming here, I have come here more than once a week ever since. The only thing to give feedback on would be the service. Seems to be a tight knit / family run restaurant and unfortunately due to how good the food is the wait times can be long. I can’t complain though, the food is that good there that they have people lining up out the door. 10/10 ”
